This privacy policy describes how the NguoiCui.org website is maintained by Tustin’s Friendship Association for Leprosy Inc. / Hoi Ban Nguoi Cui. This policy may change from time to time as deemed appropriate.

We do not collect personal information about you when you visit our site unless you choose to provide that information to us.

Information Collection:  Like most web servers on the internet, the servers hosting our website log and collect limited non-personally identifying information whenever you visit our site. This information might include the Internet Address (IP) of your computer or network, the date time and page(s) you visited, your browser and operating system’s version, the referring page (the last webpage you visited before clicking on a link to our site), etc.  The aggregated information from all of our visitors is used to measure server performance and analyze user traffic patterns. We may track the keywords entered in our search page to measure public interest and improve the content of our site. We develop summary reports or logs from the information collected.  The raw data used to develop these logs are erased periodically as a part of routine system maintenance.

Electronic Mail: E-mail sent to NguoiCui.org will have personal identifying information such as the email address used to send the email, name of the sender, etc. To respond to your E-mail, NguoiCui.org may forward your E-mail to other NguoiCui.org volunteers. Information Sharing:  We do not intend to give, share, sell, rent or transfer any personal information to a third party, unless we have your consent.  NguoiCui.org uses link and search capabilities to navigate publicly available information from agencies that are not part of NguoiCui.org and over whom NguoiCui.org exercises no control.  The privacy policies and procedures described here do not necessarily apply to those sites.  We suggest contacting these sites directly for information on their data collection and distribution policies.

Site Security:  We monitor network traffic to identify unauthorized attempts to upload or change information or to otherwise cause damage to the site.  Anyone using this site expressly consents to such monitoring.  We take appropriate security measures to protect unauthorized access, alteration or destruction of data.
